I have no official diagnosis for why my neck and back used to cause me so much discomfort- but at it’s worst, it felt like a roaring fire on my back (nerve pain?), and at it’s best, I felt like a 100 year old woman… I tried chiropractors (several) and had an MRI (nothing) and tried massage and hanging upside-down and stretching and nothing truly alleviated the varying degrees of discomfort (I had worked as a nurse for 10 years and had always pulled patients with improper technique/body allignment). OK… I feel a little foolish if someone walks in on me as I quasi hang myself with this thing from the top of a door frame, but fact is it works wonderfully.
Compact, simple, the strap is comfortable but you have to get the velcro tabs properly adjusted each time so the fit is symetric, but this is nothign that all the others don’t have as an issue also. Another important thing is to make certain you are sitting directly centered under the door hook so that it pulls straight up, and not to one side or the other even a little bit.
That being said, for the money it is great. Very transportable, you can use it on the road in a hotel room or anywhere you need to. When I informed my neurosurgeon I had purchased it, he told me to keep using it, although he also offered to assist me in getting a much higher end one through my insurance, the differences being that the new one had a pressure guage to allow me to know how much pull I was using on a constant…

I cannot comment on the medical efficacy or safety of this device, however it is very well made and dose exactly what it says.
The instructions tell you to sit in a straight backed chair with the device hanging from a door. I found that extremely uncomfortable, and it seems to me you could easily hurt yourself that way–I would not do this except under a doctor’s care. I hook it under the BOTTOM of a closed door, and lay on the carpet, although you could use it in bed as long as you have something to hook to.
It fits around the head very comfortably, and stretches the spine in a controlled way as you pull the cord through the ratchet. When lying on the floor (on the carpet) it pulls against the weight of your body, so you can shift around to control how far down the spine you want the traction. …in a survival situation this device might be frustrating and waste valuable time. Under optimal conditions I attempted to make a fire with this device and after 30 minutes of trying decided that if I were in a survival situation I’d probably have more time to try and make a fire. It certainly makes HOT and BRIGHT sparks, but I was unable to ignite materials commonly found outdoors like dried leaves and grass. However, I feel as though with a little practice I’d be guaranteed success, I just didn’t have time to master it. Word to the wise: Don’t buy it expecting to put it away until you need it. If you think you’ll EVER need it, open your packaging and give it some practice. TRUST ME.

I love this thing, and keep it on my keys at all times, I’ve used it several times and it can really throw some sparks. Cotton balls go up quite fast, especially with a little petroleum jelly on them. Quickfire tinders catch quickly and so does char cloth. Just don’t be a dumbass and learn the hard way. Pull flint up while keeping the striker still, it will shower sparks down, and you won’t knock your tinder bundle all over the place… Also, make sure you have the correct side “up” like the striker has written on it. If you really work this thing, the flint rod sometimes comes out of the holder, no big deal, just jam it back in, or put a tiny drop of superglue on the rod end and push it in there.
Light my fire also has a Spork they make whick I keep in my backpack at all times, this thing scoops a lot of food and is easy to clean and packs very light. It’s really nice to have your own camp spoon/fork. Also, no searching for plastic ware for your cup o noodles at work…

My family spends a significant amount of time “off road” (figuratively and literally.) The kids and I made a project of creating a “on the belt” Survival Kit. The fire aspect was an interesting learning experience.
Of all the “sparker” type setups, this was the ONLY one what worked with any ease or regularity (understanding that carrying a lighter was not the goal). Both kids (12 and 9) can, with any reasonable supervision, set up and light a fire (now we have fights to see who gets to light the wood burning stove at the ranch).
The product is cost effective, well shaped to the task and the striker is such that you can hold the striker stationary and pull the sparker across it. This along, make it stand heads above the rest of the field.

Had a pain down the right leg so bad I hated to walk down the lane to get the morning paper. Heard about this from my son who lives in Australia and thought, wow –$279 , but if it works I’ll be glad to pay it. It came well packaged and well made. Easy to put together and easy to understand. I was almost ready to have surgery on my back for a severe sciatic pain problem. I tried the inversion table and after just one 5 minute treatment I was pain free for the first time in over 4 months. I spend hours looking for the best item in terms of price and performance whenever I buy anything. So let me tell you this inversion table is excellent. I originally was looking at the cheaper tables for $90. What made me decide to buy yhis teeter table is
1. The rotating part is bolted not welded.
2. Even though people said the other tables took an hour or in some cases was realtively easy, this teeter table is very easy to put together. Took me maybe an easy 30 mins. I have experience putting stuff together and even if the cheaper tables were just as good quality, the extra $100 was worth the non aggravation.
3. It is comfortable as it can get flipping you upside down.
4. The DVD is good.
5. The packaging was excellent.
I have no regrets buying this teeter table. OK now stop shopping around and wasting your time. Buy this one. It will make all my efforts and time spent worthwhile. Enjoy.

The FitForm Inversion Table is a quality product with a great price. There are a lot of inversion tables that do the same exact thing as the Fitform table at twice the price. It was very easy to assemble as it came practically assembled for you and the table is very sturdy and easy to move around. It’s very comfortable around the ankles and easy to use. I just wish the back was made of foam or something a bit thicker but for the price, I can’t complain.

After alot of research and comparing the teeter set up I went with the body solid and glad that I did. The set up does require you to screw the brackets into one of your door frames but the screws can be easily removed and filled with putty if you no longer want the brackets in that particular door frame and if you place it on the correct side you will be able to close the door fully without any problem.
I previously brought one of those door frame pull up bars but I wanted to use it with inversion boots as well. This bar works great. It is rock solid whether doing pull ups or hanging with inversion boots. The pull up bar is much higher than with the portable door frame bars so I don’t have to bend my knees to keep from touching the ground with my feet when doing pull ups (I am 5 feet 9 inches tall) and also high enough to allow me to hang with inversion boots.
The bar does not have any padding but you can solve that by wearing weight lifting gloves or…

One of the key support components proved to be drilled at the wrong angle, making it impossible to tighten all bolts. Also, craftsmanship is very shoddy… tube end fittings expose torn metal edges, bolt housing welds are shoddy.
Your mileage may vary: you might get a good one, you might be able to muscle it together, you might not break your neck.
Good luck with that. I, for one, prefer not to hang from a device that appears to have been thrown together by sullen and disinterested vandals. I will be returning this item.

This was a decent pull up bar for a reasonable price. I was looking for something that would not require me to put anything permanent in the doorway. Unfortunately, I missed the fact that this product actually did require brackets to be screwed into the doorframe, which prevents closing the door completely. This would not be a problem in an infrequently used doorway where the door never needed to be closed. This may have been my fault for not reading the information about the bar included on the website. Assembly of the metal frame pieces was straightforward and installation was fairly simple (screwing an included bracket into each doorframe). The bar seems quite sturdy for me(175 lbs), but the diameter of the bar was a bit too small for my hands. A firm rubber slip-on grip to enlarge the bar and make the smooth surface easier to hold onto, would be a great addition.

The chin up bar is awesome, the seller has great customer service and offered me a refund for the bands when they broke after a week and a half. The lesson for me was to stick with the free weights.

It’s pretty good quality material, except one bar was longer than the other, so it is lopsided!

I bought this combo package for my son and he loves it. I also bought this chin up bar before and used it for my P90x workouts. I used a set of dumbbells but the adjustable resistance bands, in my opinion, are better. They provide excellent resistance from the get go and really challenge you. The bar is very sturdy. If you have a doorframe that is made of “soft” wood, you may want to pad it with a towel when using the bar to protect it. The wide grips and the neutral grips are a great feature. Overall, we are very happy with this product and highly recommend it for P90X.

Great Mat!! One issue I noticed was it is not wide enough for the rock and roll trainer. Should be wide enough for any other trainer offered by Kurt Kinetic though.

I like the mat. First one I’ve purchased, so nothing to compare it to … seems a little overpriced, but it does the job and seems thick enough.

There are cushier mats out there, and this one is pricey. If I was to do this over again, I would find a good mat without the logo for less – the logo doesn’t do it for me.

I got this trainer for the simple purpose of doing transition circuits at the pool for Triathlon, needed a cheap Trainer, and light enough to carry it to the pool deck for sessions. Well, it does its job, I take it to the pool, swim, cycle and run on the same space safe and quick. Its very light, folds to consume very little space also is very stable.
The cons, its quite noisy, don’t know what RAD means when they say its the most quiet on market, also the “feel” is far from “street feel” by like 4 mph or so, once you know your ave speed per gear on flat, descending or uphill you’ll quickly notice this.
Even so, its a great product for its price, for a better option you’ll have to spend $200+

Just received my trainer today, used it and I love it. I was weary about low costing trainers but took a chance on this product, the frame is very solid and easy to use and adjust. One issue I had was with my bike and not the trainer. My Roadmaster Mt. Storm mountain bike did not come built with a quick release rod, after a lot quick research I finally decided to use the rod that was already equipped to my bike and hook it up to the trainer and it worked just fine. If you’re looking for a good trainer then buy this one. It does make some noise but I’m not worried about it, it makes noise mainly because of the type of tire on my bike

This is the first bike trainer that I’ve owned, so I don’t have much to compare it to, but I really like it. It was a great value for the price, and simple to put together and use. It’s a little louder than I expected (thus the 4 out of 5 stars) when using it with my mountain bike, but it works well. If you purchase this product, or any other bike trainer for that matter, you probably want something to hold the front tire in place and raise it up a bit. Otherwise it feels like you are slightly sloped downhill. Overall, I’m happy with it.

I’m writing this review after 2 weeks of using this bike trainer. I purchased it along with the 8 dollar Sunlite Forza bike riser to keep the front tires straight and level with the raised rear, it’s just a piece of plastic but it serves its purpose.
Color received was exactly as pictured, the cheerful white and yellow-orange color with SUNLITE lettering on the trainer frame. The bike trainer was easy to setup even with the generic manual. No tools needed. You basically unfold the frame (folds flat for storage), grab your bike and swap out the rear tire quick-release lever/rod with the silver one that is provided with the trainer (it fit over my bikes regular quick-release knobs, but I swapped it out anyways to test with the same result). If your rear tire doesn’t have a quick-release lever there’s a converter you can purchase separately. You then line up both sides of the bikes quick-release knobs with the trainers axle knobs and hand twist-tighten until secure…

The F2 MAG Trainer was simple to set up and works perfectly. I also purchased the small plastic piece that holds the front tire in place and raises the front to level with the back. Also works exactly as adverstised. Very happy with these two items that shipped together. Why oh why, though, was the Schwinn bike computer suggested in the three piece package? This computer is designed for the front wheel in actual riding and is pretty useless considering the front wheel never spins in this bike trainer application. The wiring is much too short to allow for a back wheel application and was never intended to be used this way. In fact, it is recommended that the sensor be no more than 1mm from the magnet that attaches to the spoke…probably easy enough accomplish on the front fork, but definately not on the frame that surrounds the back wheel of most bikes. Not only is this computer not appropriate, it ships separately…not a problem in and of itself, but Amazon offered priority shipping…

I ordered the Forza bike trainer, with great trepidation. I had heard bike trainers were noisy, problems to put together, etc. This Forza trainer was and is fantastic. Resistance is excellent with changing gears. It was simple to put together and makes NO NOISE. All the other trainers I had reviewed complained about the noise level. There just isn’t one on this trainer. It is not expensive, I received in 5 days and am totally impressed. Thank you!

As putter covers go, this is great. Has magnets along edge allowing you to pick it up without bending over after all my three putts!

This cover fits my blade putter head perfectly. The cover is smaller than I expected but it goes on just fine and does its job protecting the putter from dings.

Putter is stretchy to fit over your blade putter and allow it to stay on well. It does not protect the stem though and some stems are pretty delicate. That said, I am tire of losing putter covers because of velcro closures and this one stays on.

Cover fits my blade putter tightly and does not fall off on it’s own so works well for me. Can’t think of anything that would improve it!

I was impressed with the quality of the product and it was easy to assemble. It looks like a lot of stuff to put together when you first open the box, but there are really very few pieces to assemble. Plan on 1 hour to unpack, read the manual, and assemble the item.
The one thing I did not like about it is that you can not quickly change between the ankle clamps and the gravity boot bar. I have not used the gravity boots that came with my unit yet. To use them you have to disassemble the ankle clamp to replace it with the boot bar. It would take very little design change so that you could do this by just pulling out a pin. But with the current design you need to get your tools out to swap out the unit. After using it a few more days I will install the gravity boot bar to see which hanging option I prefer to use.
The unit easily breaks down into two parts by lifting the table off the frame by simply sliding 2 spring loaded retainer clips with your fingers…

Its solid, real solid…and it works great. Perfectly balenced construction makes inversion easy. Great move going with the sport model since it makes hanging upside down a lot more bearable. People often complain about ankle pain caused by inversion, however some discomfort is to be expected because our bodies are not made to be hung by our ankles. The boot kit makes inversion much more tolerable than traditional methods and I can hang comfortably for a half hour or longer in them. If you have bad ankles however look into waist supported inversion (not as effective, but much easier on the knees and ankles). If your joints can take a little beating, this is the best your gonna get!

Why I chose EP-550 Sport:
Purchased this item on Oct.6,08. Chose this model, because of a positive reputation and the easy storage function, though it was a bit more expensive than other brands. In addition, this model is supposed to have a very comfortable ankle clasp. Sport version even includes the gravity boots. So, I decided to purchase EP-550 Sport instead of regular EP-550.
The First Day:
The assembly is not hard, but the whole package is quite ponderous. Once assembled, the inversion table needs some practice, adjusting the height and weight distribution, when one first uses it. My boyfriend loves this trout magnet! Before I surprised him with it off of amazon.com, we went searching to over 15 different sporting goods and bait and tackle shops. They were nowhere to be found in stores around us! When I asked someone in Bass Pro Shops why they don’t stock them anymore, they told me that they just did not order them this year, but that we were not the only ones looking for it. Apparently, a lot of other fishermen also were asking about Trout Magnet jigheads and mealworms.
Back to the product; my boyfriend went fishing in Maryland and tried a different method and then tried using trout magnet. When he didn’t use trout magnet he caught only 1 fish in about an hour. But when he used the trout magnet jighead and mealworm, he had a fish on his line after his second cast (about 5-10 minutes later). It was pretty cool to watch, because I honestly didn’t think it would work. But he caught a few more trout using trout magnet. So I give this product a 5 star…

I’ve since bought a set of pine meadow irons from their website. This club is well made and looks good. As far as being able to hit a 64* lob wedge with any great consistency, I’m still failing at that. That is not the clubs fault obviously. I would recommend buying the 60* over this if you’re in doubt to which one you really need.

I am an intermediate avid golfer and this club has made my Sand Trap days a breeze.
My first swing with the club in the sand was roughly 30 yards from the pin with a six foot sand wall rise in front of me. I made a Sandy (Eagle from the sand) on the first swing and couldn’t stop using it all around the greens to make short lobby chips.
This club is great for intermediate golfers looking to reduce sand scores and chips scores. A nice club to help upgrade your set to help you improve as you play and get more technical with your club selection to grow as a golfer.
Usually I make seven out of ten shots successfully out the trap (meaning getting out of the sand) to land on the green and I live in the Bay Area where our sand traps are usually wet and hard packed. I have used Casio G-Shock watches for a few years but decided to go with this Timex. Good looking watch with large easy to read face. Indiglo ‘Flix’ is a nice feature and it is easier to read than a G-Shock. But, watch is showing wear after a short time. The resin band scuffs easily and tilts the watch away from easy view. Wish Timex had alternate time/world time but the 3 alarm times are nice. Some lettering on the band came off on the first day of wear, not a show stopper but irritating. Watch looks good but I think it will be back to the G-Shock in the future.

I wanted a watch to swim laps in the pool and be able to hit a button to count them because I cant keep up with 50 laps so I called Timex. They said just get an Ironman 200m version because it was made with extra seals around the buttons so you could use them underwater and not get water in the watch. The standard Ironman watch does not have the seals and is water resistant as long as you dont hit the buttons under water. So far, it works perfectly under water and on land. Ok, so it is big, get over it. It looks like and is a sports watch. It also looks like it cost ALOT more than it does. I am using some of the features that I didnt think that I would. I use the lap counter when I lift weights to make sure I wait exactly 1 minute between sets. I use the 3 alarms in the morning as a 1. time to get up, 2. need to get up, and 3. get up now or you are going to be late for your run or bike ride alarm system. Being a 200 meter watch, its utility is in the ability to use the stopwatch underwater. The styling of a sports watch is standard – Black and brushed stainless steel. The high visibility orange buttons allows one to see it better underwater.

This brush works great to clean the grooves of my irons. Wish it had a zip cord, and the nylon bristles are actually pretty worthless.

This product is a well-made addition to golfer’s bag. I purchased this product not too long ago and already am planning on buying another when it needs replacement. The wire brush is the perfect size to clean the groves on your irons and does a great job getting stuck-on dirt out. My only complaint wold be that this product need some sort of retractable line as you have to take it off your bag every time you want to clean a club (that’s why it is a 4-star ranking rather than the full 5-stars). Other than that I highly recommend this inexpensive golf bag addition.

This brush seemed like the perfect solution for cleaning my irons when no iron cleaning box was available. After a few uses, I’m less than thrilled with it. First off, it is much smaller than you’re probably thinking. The wire iron brush is only about 1.5 x 1.5 inches. This can make cleaning the iron a repetitive and frustrating processes. Also, the wire brush suffers from the same problems as many grill cleaning brushes: the metal wires are easily bent out of shape. The lanyard snap is very poor quality and will not stay closed; it’s a piece of junk. If I really liked the brush I’d probably get a good one and replace it, but the brush isn’t worth it. I would not buy this brush again.

Just what I was wanting, to enable taking up golf after many years hiatus. These clubs are light weight, well-balanced and attractive. I am crazy about them.

This is a decent set of clubs. We are snowbirds and I wanted a set for an occasional game when I am in AZ for the winter. If this was going to be a set that I used a lot I probably would have purchased a more high end club but having said that it is a great deal for the money. It would be a great starter set for a lady just getting into golf. It has everything including the new hybrids and the bag is a decent quality as well. I would recommend this set to a casual golfer or a lady who is just starting out and doesn’t want to spend a fortune until they decide if golf is a sport they want to continue with.

I cannot possibly describe how great these irons are. I am a relatively new golfer that decided to go very cheap on a new set of clubs a few years back just in case the game and I did not connect. I found my self to really enjoy the game and golfed maybe 8-10 times a year. I felt that my game was not improving and I became somewhat frustrated. During one approach the club head on my cheap 9 iron actually flew off the shaft and went farther than the ball. A friend (and good golfer) recommended that it was time for a new set. I purchased the DI9 set 5-9, PW, GW, AW for $150.00 NIB from a local pro shop.
It is incedible how much my game has improved. One would say that maybe the improvement is somewhat mental, but the fact remains I now hit the ball straighter, where I aim, and much, much farther. Simply put… for a mid to high handicapper, these clubs are THE best for the money, and maybe for any amount. I added 10 yards minimum, 20 to 30 with the 7 and 6. My hook is gone completely, and every shot is straight, high, and far. I replaced the 5 with the Wilson Fybrid 5, added the 4 and 3 Fybrids, along with the 19.5 degree, 3 and 5 wood Fybrids. I capped if off with a Wilson Spine driver. In the end, it is the best set I’ve ever owned. These clubs hit straighter than any I’ve seen, and give me more distance. I’ve played with Callaway Diablos (twice on loan), owned Taylor Made Tour Preferred, and used Cobra S2′s once. These play as well or better, for so much less. My only complaint is/are the wedges. Like the rest of the set, these clubs launch the ball long and high… which is great until you get to the short game. It takes getting used to, but I’ve adapted. I don’t write many reviews so when I do the product is exceptional. Wilson got it right with this set of irons. First of all they just look professional and they set up very nice. The top line is not to thick and the off-set is just right. The shaft is a True Temper Superlite TX99 uniflex (Fat-Shaft) which is right on the money for me. I have been playing with stiff shafts for years and the only reason I went with the uniflex is because I couldn’t find a stiff set in left hand and boy am I happy I couldn’t find a stiff set. The grip is also very nice, better than most of the other top names.

These clubs are smooth and accurate. They offer good feedback on your hits. When hit clean these clubs are smooth as butter. They look nice at setup and are probably 1 club longer than the Bridgestone GC Mid that I was hitting. The wedges are deadly from 100 yards in! Good club at a great price.

I bought these clubs mainly because they were a good deal and I was looking to add a set for friends and family coming to visit. Well, after practicing and playing with them, my old Callaways are sitting in the garage and the Wilsons are in my trunk. Great club and well worth it!

This iron iron was a huge upgrade from my old set. It has a great feel and look and i gained about 10 yards on every iron. The best feature about this iron though is the forgiveness on offcenter hits. Thin, fat, toe, heel, it seems you can’t miss. For those who need a cheap upgrade or who want a feel iron this is it.

This was a fabulous gift for my “weekend-golfer” husband! All the built-in golf tools and the compact size made it perfect for his golf bag. Definitely a great item!

The Ironman ATIS 4000 was delivered yesterday (a week earlier than the projected delivery date). My wife and I put it together in an hour. I would recommend having access to a metric socket during the assembly. We proceeded to put it through its paces and we immediately felt relief in our lower backs and shoulder areas. My wife did not take any Advils today, which she attributes to the utilization of this machine. Before you purchase the Ironman be aware that this device takes up the space equivalent of a treadmill and you cannot fold it up and put it under a sofa. I would like to see some recommended exercises and possibly a demo DVD included so that I could more effectively harness the table’s advantages. Overall I think that the quality of construction gives the user a sense of comfort and safety, that lesser machines might not afford the user.

The slogan from Rice Krispy, “Snap, Crackle, Pop,” is fitting for inversion tables, as thats the sound your joints make when being inverted… at least it was in my case.
Prior to purchasing this Ironman ATIS 4000 Inversion Table, I had no experience with inversion tables. I knew what it did, but never tried it. All I knew that it relieved back pain. As you’ll notice here on Amazon, there are quite a few Inversion Tables to choose from. Though there were no reviews of this unit when I purchased it, I decided to give this one a shot.

Let me start by saying that this is a product review, not a review of inversion therapy. I’m disappointed so many people gave inversion tables 5 stars when they were rating inversion therapy rather than the inversion table. I would advise anyone to read these reviews carefully. I would rate inversion therapy as a 5 – do it yourself traction is great for your back. It can help older people with compressed disks to find pain relief and help younger people from developing such problems as quickly. For more advanced degenerative spinal disease you should definitely seek medical advice before purchasing such a system.
OK that said, I just received an Ironman ATIS 4000 Inversion Table and put it together last night, which took about an hour and a half. It would have taken less time if I didn’t have two little helpers constantly in my way. The only part missing was a metal washer, which (being a guy) only took a trip to the garage…

I purchased the Orlimar Men’s Hybrid IRS Iron Replacement System #3, as shown in the display photo. There is really no place in the order to specify the iron size equivalent. It showed a #3 so I ordered one.
I received, however, a #7. The ordering process needs to be improved to allow customer specification of the club # they seek to purchase. ( as of Aug 14, 2011)
This is no fault of the item, which feels solid and balanced.

I purchased the 6i replacement, with 31 degree loft and senior flex. The club is easy to swing and I have seen good results. Hybrids as a general rule are more forgiving than their iron equivalents and this club is no exception. I would say the only negative would be the grip, which is a bit “cheapish” and will need to be replaced eventually. The loft is good and the distance is decent. The clubhead is shaped a bit different from my other hybrids, but it is a solid club that I believe you’ll like and it’s priced right too.

I wanted to see if these were better than the hybrid irons I was already using, were they ever! I had been playing a 35,30,25,20 degree set of hybrids I assembled from components. I generally have a second shot of 140-170 yards and the mid irons are a very important component of my set composition. These are easy to hit and fly straight and high from the fairway but what really sets them apart is their ability to launch a similar flight from the rough. I never have been able to hit a 5 iron like this from the rough with such consistency. Yes a little distance is lost and the flight is not quite as high but these glide through the rough and put the clubface square on the ball, amazing.
I initially only ordered the 6 iron as a test then ordered the 4,5 and 7. Had I realized a full eight club set was available I might have gone that route to begin with although I am not sure I would like using this type of club for short irons so I will order it wedge and try it. Never used a hybrid before until I bought this one. Club has a huge sweat spot and get a lot of loft and distance, plus you can get it to the green 220 yards out with ease. Would highly recommend this club for all golfers.

I have been hitting this clubs for a couple of weeks now and feel the true shot coming off the club face each and everytime – even on miss hits!! I upgraded from a set of x-22 irons, which were very good, and saw improvement in feel and distance. Very nice swing with the x-24.

I purchased this set a few months ago, and I have had several opportunities to play with them. In short, this is a great set and I would gladly buy them again.
The Pros: The first thing I noticed about these clubs is the loft. Having owned several Callaway sets, there is a noticeable decrease in loft, giving you longer and flatter shots. For example, I have added almost 10 yards on my 4-6 irons. The face on these is quite forgiving, and I hit straighter with these irons than any other set I have played. The sole of the club is rather wide, and the contour glides easily on fairway shots. The clubs have a lot of weighting at the toe and heel, and this also helps keep your shot straight. One of the interesting features is the dark coloring of the clubs. This is presumably to reduce glare, but I never felt that to be a problem in the past. I replaced my Calloway Fusion Irons with the X-24 Hot and I can really tell the difference. I’ve always been able to hit a relatively long ball with any set of irons but I did not have much accuracy. I have since altered my swing in a effort to gain more accuracy and I was successful but my distance was dramatically reduced. I was also tentative when selecting a club that I would never have considered prior to my swing change. I can hit a 7 iron 180 yds but as a result of my swing change I was getting 150 yds with improved accuracy. The problem was that I would often decelerate thinking I was hitting to much club. The X-24′s allow to hit my iron shots the original distance without increasing my swing speed. I’m getting the best of both worlds. I’m hitting shots full distance with a three-quarter swing and my accuracy is much improved. Long irons and mid irons are equally simple to hit. I’m elated with these new clubs and I highly recommend them. I hope the review helps.

i bought this item to see if it would stand up to the use. so far it has. but saddly it is no where near as good as the topeak model. it isn’t as sturdy, or as secure. it feels very loose and almost unsafe.
BUT. it does hold the weight, nothing has fallen or slipped, and it continues to do the job that i got it for. to hold 2 bikes. thats all.
and it was about $70 less than the topeak model.

I live in DC in a 500 sf condo. I need every inch of space possible; being a cyclist, with no place to store my nice bikes, is a definite problem. This bike pole storage thing is the perfect solution. It’s surprisingly sturdy. It didn’t come with directions, but was so easy to put together I didn’t need them! I have two bikes on my rack currently; a steel-framed Jamis cyclocross (about 20 pounds) and a Trek road bike (about 12 pounds). The Jamis bike is a steel framed bike (very heavy!). Both bikes are somewhat small (44 cm), but the pole could easily fit two large bicycles. It took me a few tries to get the adjustments right, and I would definitely recommend putting your “every day” bike on the lower arm. However, this is great because it requires no drilling, is easy to set up, and takes up virtually no space! I was very happy to have my bedroom back once my bikes were safely secured on this rack.

Worked Great! The intent of the design is to hang bikes horizontally, however, I hung my bikes vertically (one on each side of the pole) and it worked just fine. It works either way. No complaints here!

For a very reasonable price, the Da Vinci tray keeps the bikes from leaving scuff marks all over the garage wall, and it stabilizes the bike in its hanging position, too.

These are great if you have limited space in your garage, and the ceiling isn’t available. It works on both road and MTBs and is easily installed on wall or post. Be advised that the bike needs to be centered in the hook and trays (I also bought the bottom tray for more stability) or it will shift on you. Not a problem unless your car or doorway is nearby!

I purchased this product to go along with the Delta bike rack. Yes, it will keep your tire off the wall and I suppose it is somewhat complementary in style to the rack in that they both display a similar curve. But there is much to be desired here. The piece is only about six inches long and therefore will only separate wall from tire at that one point where the bike is completely suspended from the rack. Since the securing of the bike in the rack requires a higher lift and then a lowering to its final resting point it would have been better to have a tray of some length that the rear tire could roll in as you secure the bike in the rack. And of course since it is so short that you are out of luck if you try to hang a different bike whose wheels aren’t separated by the exact same distance.
Another complaint is that this item is just a solid piece of translucent plastic whereas the rack is metal, so when you see them on the wall it’s not quite obvious that they were…

I needed two bike stands as my roommates and I have quite a few bikes together. After a while of online search, this one seems to fit the bill. I live in an apartment, and drilling on walls is not an option. So I order one from amazon right away, to see if it is really as good as the reviewers said.
A day later, after a stroll in a local major department store, I found apprantly the same one for significantly less! So I thought this is the first time I got something for a higher price than in amazon. I bought it from the store right away. I unpacked it, and found the quality not to be as good as reviewed. The paint seemed like it will peel, and in some places it looks badly welded. In fact in the process of assembly, the threads on some of the screws got so badly worn I had to exchange for another one at the store. The exchanged one I got still has a worn screw in the vertical tube, and other assorted quality problems. The stand is holding up only because of gravity. So I…

* Arms have padded hooks that hold my Kestrel (with a fairly unusual top bar x-section) OK. I think it’ll work with any bike.

* The 2-3 threads for the bolts to hold on to is definitely not enough for this weight bearing construction
* Almost impossible to take the bike off without changing position of the arms
* Arms are too long, thus the bike is too far from the wall taking up substantially more space than it would have taken if it just stood next to the wall without any rack. The other consequence is that the front wheel has too much room to turn, taking even more space. The latter might be more of a problem for front-heavy…

I use this rack in my apartment to keep my bikes away from rain and thieves. I like that this rack requires no wall-drilling and keeps bikes flat against the wall (rather than sticking out like those racks that hang bikes by their front wheels.) I’m very impressed with its stability, considering the rack itself is pretty light. There’s only one contact point with the wall, which has a big, rubber end (like the two feet) so it won’t scratch or mark. The feet stick to my carpeted floor quite securely, and my guess is that they’d work well on noncarpeted surfaces, too. The hooks that hold up your bike have a generous, rubbery coating, so they won’t scratch up your frame. I keep two bikes on the rack, with my regular commuter on the lower one, and the rack is quite stable, even when only the upper bike is on it. For those of you who care, the rack is manufactured in China, so I’m sure Delta’s making a fortune, but I had lots of trouble finding a U.S.-made alternative.

Easy to install, easy to use. Now all my and my kids bikes are hanging from the ceiling in the basement like some over-sized bats. Saves a lot of space, easy to hang the bikes on, sturdy and, depending on the height of your ceiling, you may be able to use the space underneath the bikes for something else. good hooks!

There’s not much to say about bike hooks. These are standard bike hooks. Nobody is trying to reinvent the wheel here, just trying to hold them up.
Pre-drill your holes into a stud and you are good to go.

Agree with the other reviewer who noted that- despite claiming to fit all size tires- this product does not work with mountain bikes.
Also, the screws are cheap, so when I tried to remove it from my wall I ended up having to drill the heads off of the screws.
Maybe this works great for road bikes. But Delta’s advertising claims are crap, and I doubt Ill buy anything made by them again since I won’t know if it will work as advertised or not.

its not wide enough to fit a mountain bike tire. i got a shiny new mountain bike and it wouldnt fit.
i put my old hybrid bike on it, and the product works well, but i would not have bought it beforehand knowing it wouldnt fit my bike. my hybrid bike has a kickstand.

The verticle bike rack works great. Holds my bikes securely…and saves garage storage space. After looking at all the bike storage solutions…this is the best choice. Those gravity bike racks eat up too much garage space as the bikes are still horizontal. Hanging it from the ceiling is not good as it sways and not all that secure. Bike rack on the ground is not good as it is just as good as using a kickstand.
I was able to mount two bikes to the wall…where the two racks are 15″ apart. Total space used for both bikes is less than three feet.
After looking at other vertical racks…this is the most well constructed.

This is a very sturdy bike rack with a solid black finish. I would definitely recommend it. Easy to assemble although a metric wrench was needed but not included. We are using it in the garage for our kids’ bikes. Easily fits 4 full sized bikes. The remaining 2 bikes need to be child sized or be put in backwards to have enough room for the handlebars. A nice size and good quality for home use.

The good news: this rack is sturdier than it looks in the picture — quite hefty and stable when assembled. The bad news: it was shipped in the box in which it would appear on a store shelf (no outer box) and was therefore missing half its bolts and washers by the time it arrived, lost through assorted tears and gouges. I tried to enter an Amazon customer service complaint about this but the website was not working properly, so I just went to the hardware store for new bolts. This worked out fine, but really this rack is too expensive for that kind of BS.

After my roommate had his bicycle stolen in the middle of the night, we decided that it might be wise to get something better than locking the bike to itself, or try to secure it (with great difficulty and a weak chain) around one of the support poles of the carport of the apartment complex. My bike and his replacement bike both have heavy-duty D-locks, but they require something good to connect the bike to, like a bike rack.
Our apartment complex had no bike racks, so we had to fend for ourselves. After reading our lease agreement, we decided that since the parking spot could be used for “vehicles and accessories required for parking vehicles”, they wouldn’t raise a fuss about a bike rack. It’s safer, more secure, and has a better appearance than bicycles tied to random objects around the complex, as is the current status quo. This seemed effective and inexpensive, so we ordered it.
It took the two of us about 45 minutes to put it together, ignoring the time…

My bike collection started to get out of hand (I swear they must mate at night and have babies) so I needed to elevate at least a few of them off the floor. After trying out several options (direct wall mounted hangers – HEAVY DUTY DRYWALL ANCHORS DO NOT WORK), I settled on buying a freestanding rack. I was about to order one from a large cycling chain (N–hb-r), but checked amazon just in case. Turns out amazon sells the same thing but cheaper – just branded differently. With free prime shipping it was a no brainer!
I accidentally sent it to my office and I was worried it would be too bulky to carry home (NYC commuting by subway). It comes in a flat 3″ deep pack, about 2ft wide and 4ft long and weighs just under 30lbs. Not too terrible.
Setting up was simple. The instructions are fine albeit without words, and there is one particularly funny drawing of a “strong man” turning a screw indicating that you should really screw that in tight! My only gripe…

This rack allowed me to free up some much needed floor space in the garage. Assembly wasn’t terribly difficult, just be sure to thread all screws without tightening them all the way until you’re almost done. Note that another rack with the Nashbar brand name is the same product as this. I bought an extra set of “arms” to attach to the back side of the rack, so I can store three bicycles on the rack.

Great Rack! Quick and easy installation.. only one screw. The tools for the job are a stud finder, drill and drill bit. I was able to fit two adult size mountain bikes on the rack without a problem. The key to that is having the handle bars at a slight angle. I have recommended this to family and friends.

I bought two of these to install two road bikes in my garage. Due to warnings I read here, I didn’t expect to be able to store two bikes one rack. The racks do fit one bike nicely but I wouldn’t recommend for storing two. The rack incredibly easy to install with just a single screw. I liked these racks so much I bought two more.

I ordered this product because I needed to get two bicycles off the limited space on my garage floor. No problems with delivery and the rack itself is well made and looks good. Installation was also easy – one screw in a stud. (The screw is cheap metal and strips easy) My major problem is that the rack only holds ONE bike, not two. I know it’ll hold only one ’cause I tried every concevibale angle to hang the two bikes and it just doesn’t work. If you want a rack for one bike – this will do, but if you want a rack for TWO bikes – find another product.

Ignore the old reviews saying it won’t work with mountain bikes. This hook rack works great, and I have hung both my roadbike with 700c wheels and my Mountain Bike with 2.5 inch tires – both are great. It is evident that the product I got is a new design, since it isn’t quite like the picture. Check for pics I posted to see the new wider hook design.

The item description is misleading. I have a mountain bike – Raleigh Mojave 5.0 and this rack does NOT accommodates the tires. The top rack is design to tilt at a slight angle to hold the tire firmly but it is not tilted enough to accomodate my regular mountain bike’s tire. Eventually I have to bent the hook down in order to muscle my tire onto the hook. But it was a pipe construction so the structure integrity is compromised this way (you don’t really want to bent the metal pipe and expect it to hold the same weight). If you have a “phat, chunky mountain tires”, DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM. Guarantee you’ll regret it.

This rack is nice and solid and holds the bike well. It works especially well when you can anchor to a stud, but it’s been OK so far for me in the first few months anchored into concrete with included wallplugs. I set mine up so that the back wheel would usually be resting on the ground, to reduce the load on the hook.
I also bought the bottom tire holder to protect the wall. It’s OK – doesn’t really serve much purpose, and it’s a matter of opinion whether a lump of plastic is less of an eyesore than a tire mark on the wall. After a year or so, I repainted the wall and chucked out the plastics.
I use a variety of sizes of bikes on these, and so far they’ve all been OK. Positioning of the bottom tire holder isn’t going to perfect for all bikes if you use for more than one.
After a couple of years of almost daily use, some of the rubber coating on the hook is coming off, but otherwise, rack is doing fine.

This inversion table is very well designed. It has real ball bearings and all the parts fit together perfectly. It seems very strong and stable. With all the pieces, it took my husband two hours to assemble. You do have to study the pieces to see which is the left side and which is the right side, as they are not marked.The ankle clamp has a lot of cushion, making it comfortable even when I am fully inverted. The table is definitely worth the money!

This item worked well and has been very beneficial to my workout before and after warm up and stretching exercises routine.

A friend, who owns two inversion tables advised me to look for the type of ankle locks that cupped around the back of the ankle. This table has that feature (though the Amazon photo almost hides it) and that plus the amazing low price made me gamble on it. It comes with all the tools you’ll need for assembly, but it will go faster if you have a ratchet, pliars, and a regular phillips-head screwdriver (the handle on theirs is a bit small). The assembly instructions made sense with only one minor flaw – no mention of one of the bolts, but it’s obvious where it goes. The table works so well and is so easily adjusted for different users (about 15 seconds – no tools) that I can’t imagine why anyone would pay more. Expect some serious shipping costs, of course, because these tables are heavy and strong, which is reassuring when you are upside down on one. I can’t imagine better ankle locks than these, but it’s still more comfortable with shoes than without. Good luck hanging around.

All I can say is that after a few minor problems, the product is able to do it’s job and works. The negatives are that it is made in China and looks the part. The metal and nuts and bolts were adequate, but the plastic molded parts are downright cheap. The adjustable hinge mechanisms work but are clumsy and flop out to the sides when taking table off the base. The bottom safety strap slips unless you tie it off -I went to the hardware store and purchased a chain to replace it, as well as something to secure the hinge thingies.
I am 200#, so I have to be fair and say it adequately holds me and hasn’t broken yet. But if you are new to inversion tables, it would be better to purchase a more expensive one. Also, if you have multiple users and change the table height a lot. invest in a higher quality unit or something will likely break.

I have been suffering with a bad back for years and recently ruptured a disc and had a bout with sciatica!!! I have never been in so much pain and the options given by Drs. were to have my nerves “deadened” to relieve the sciatica and a “discectomy” for the disc problem. Not wanting to try either option, I chose to invest in an inversion table just to see if I could treat my problems myself. The first few attempts at the table caused alot of pain in my ankles which I remedied by wearing “snow boots”!! Since then my ankles have toughed up and I no longer need the boots. What a wonderful invention, I have gotten alot of relief in just a short period of time and hope to be pain free soon.

My buddies and I play volleyball everyday at lunch and we’ve had this net for over a year now. It has held up longer than other nets but that’s mainly due to the fact that we inserted another steel cable in the bottom tape of the net. The corners of the net have all torn from the grommetts so it will slide on the cables but it still works. For the price, I can’t ask for much more from a net that gets used 5 days a week by grown men who don’t necessarily follow the rules of not touching the net…

What can I say, I play outside with my kids from time to time, and it is a nice ball. It isn’t too hard when I pump it up, so my 11 year old daughter likes to bump/pass with it.

We play a lot of volleyball, and after our $15 Wilson started shredding, we opted to purchase something a bit better. We got it quick, but quickly realized this thing is durable for a reason…it’s hard! Our team complained instantly, and we’re searching for the next level up (requiring more $$).

Havent had any problems with the ball. I know this is an indoor ball but ive used it at the beach and outdoors and its still strong hasn’t gone flat or anything. recommended volleyball you wont regret

This net arrived and it is very professional and tough. It was less expensive than the “pool” nets that they sell at pool stores. Although not specifically a pool net it does just fine. I like it.

This is a fine net for the money, but it is actually made by Gold Medal and NOT Macgregor. Perhaps they are both owned by the same company, but even if that’s the case, it should really note this in the listing. Again, it seems to be a solid net for the price, I just wish I would have known exactly what I was getting.

this AD has bad pictures, but we were very happy with this net. we like the metal cable at the top, so you can really pull it tight.

This is a very sturdy net for the price. It almost looks like a competition net and has provided a great deal of funny for young and old.

I’ve been using this net for a few months now. Other than a few scuffs, it’s as good as when I first bought it and I suspect that I won’t have to buy another net for a long time. The steel cable running along the top is very useful for setting up the net and is more durable than the cloth or nylon cords you’ll find in similarly priced nets. The polyester netting is fairly stiff and feels a bit cheap, but I don’t doubt it’s durability. This is a probably the best net you can get for the price.

The best ball ever for overall Strength of Fingers, Wrist, Elbow, Shoulder, and Core you will definitely see the difference after using it for a wile.

I keep losing volleyballs when I forget them and someone takes it, so after losing my Tachikara SV5W Gold, I went for this ball since it’s easily identifiable (half the players have white Tachikaras, and the center where I play is full of Molten). It feels great to the touch, pretty soft, almost like the SV5WS, but with a thinner material. However, it feels noticeably lighter than the Tachikara did and my Molten V58L. Some girls on my coed team commented that it felt like a toy ball.
I’m a terrible hitter so I can’t comment on how it feels to hit and flight paths, but being used to Moltens, I think I would go with one of them over this Mikasa ball. Perhaps the olympic version MVA200 is closer in feel (and price) to Moltens. For the price though, I still think it’s a great ball.

I originally wanted the official ball of the olympics, but it was a bit over budget for me. Then i saw this one and decided to go for it. Let me say i made a right choice. The ball is cushioned, doesn’t lose air and it has great flight. Seams are very nice. There are just 2 comments: 1) the ball was a bit overinflated when I got it, but that wasn’t a problem at all and 2) One of the seams seemed a bit off compared to the other ones. As if it was a stiching flaw. It threw off the design just a bit. Other than that, this is a great product.

Ball is somewhat different, hard to describe in words…not soft, more on the firm/hard side, but does not hurt for those who have been playing volleyball. Somewhat of a “hitter’s” ball. When you hit the ball, you’ll notice some feedback, a “thunk” sound. The outer layer is somewhat thinner than other balls. Seams do not really protrude out. Some people I play with says it’s too light, and some didn’t like playing with it, while others didn’t care what ball they use. One thing I did notice is that when the ball is served and goes over the net, it tends to drop down like a “sinker” in baseball. I also feel that the ball is stable, there’s less shanks.

Bought this for my brother and his friedns who play twice a week. He loves it and says it’s the best volleyball he has ever played with. He also has the Molten Pro Touch and prefers this one over it.

when i purchase this ball I wasn’t really thought it will be different than the other volleyball that I have, but after I played couble time with it I found that it is berffect for curving and bright when the ball up so you can see it easy.

I’m glad I got the Trak Block along with the Bicycle Trainer. They really should be sold together. Without it the bicycle is running downhill and it is very hard to stay on it.

The block does a good job of securing the front wheel and providing a stable platform. However, it’s not tall enough to level the road bike I’ve used hooked up to a Blackburn trainer. The only way to get a comfortable riding position is to stack a good thick phone directory underneath the stabilizer … the older style, really thick and wide phone books work best.

Overall a near solidly made product, but the unit I received appears to have been opened atleast once in it’s lifetime. Currently leaning against the wall as a black retainer cap for one of the ‘U’ swing pin is missing (hence my thoughts about this package being opened and possibly used at least once may be a valid concern) and yes… I checked the package VERY thoroughly.
Contacting Amazon LLC for either replacement part, or return for a new one.
Let me make it very clear, the product is good (once the missing part is in place), its just Amazon who is less than stellar on this purchase. I’ll toss in another star once it is on the ground and being used instead of folded up and collecting dust.

I had never used rollers before getting this product, so I can’t really compare it to other bicycle rollers on the market. However, I used to use a trainer for indoor cycling, and I don’t think I’ll ever use it again! The main benefit I have from this is the noise factor. I needed a stationary bike after a total knee replacement surgery. Decided on this item due to v.good reviews it received on amazon.com. Received the bike in beginning of Dec.’09 and I love it. It works for me well. It’s well designed and built. Manual is clearly written and there shouldn’t be any problem(s) with assembling this bike.

First – all these consumer bikes are made by the same company in China and branded. I’ve had 7 in the past 10 years from different companies. Reebok, Stamina, Sports Authority house brand, Target… it doesn’t matter. They’re all the same basic construction, come with the same little shrink wrapped tools, the front and back supports go on the same; I can put these together in my sleep. You can even interchange the parts. The only difference are the computers.
They will all die in 1-2 years if you use them every day.
I use mine 20 miles a day – it doesn’t matter if it’s a $150 model or a $700 model, they die in under two years. Pulse monitor? Rusts out or breaks in ~4 months. Straps on the pedals? Break in 3-9 months. Plastic drive belt? Minor damage in 6-9 months, fatal damage in 12-24 months that requires replacement, since you can’t fix them. These things even come with a warning that if you actually try to use them seriously you could suffer ‘severe injury…

I received this bike for a Christmas present. I had asked for it specifically after reading favorable reviews. (and, of course, based on the price!) It was pleasantly easy for my husband and I to put together and I jumped on it right away. The bike is quiet, the seat adjusts from very high to very low, even lower than what I need (I am 5’2″), and it feels sturdy. The battery powered screen has a place for your pulse, calories burned, time, miles, and speed. This bike is quiet enough to sit and watch tv while riding and you can hear your show just fine. My butt did get a little sore from the seat, but I got used to it. The bike is easy to move around with the wheels, however it does stay in place once you put it down. I recommend to anyone looking for an affordable exercise bike.

This Schwinn trainer is very solid; it does not shift about; it attaches easily to the bike; it folds easily for transport in the car for vacations (what we bought it for); and it is not very noisy with trail bike use. Worth more than it costs!

This is my first go around with a trainer. I looked at tons of them online and finally decided just to go for it. This one serves it’s purpose just fine, and I bought it for less than $100, and free shipping. It is somewhat loud, but that is just the sound of my tire riding on the roller. If I had a smoother tread it would quiet down. All steel frame, easy to assemble and adjust. I just use my gears on the bike to increase tension while riding. I set it up in my home theater room and watch DVD’s (with headphones on) while peddlin away. No more missed workouts due to weather. Highly recommend.

After knee replacement surgery, I needed a way to bike. Avoiding having to purchase a stationary bike and utilize my mountain bike was the objective. This product did just that. Very sturdy, easy to assemble and easy to place and remove my bike!

This product was exactly as described and presented. It is stiff, rugged and easy to attach the bicycle. The flywheel is well balanced and very smooth running. The Fan is small (as shown and not surprising) and therefore not as effective for a reactive load as a larger unit.

Hopefully nobody has made the mistake of buying this bike trainer under the assumption that it’s a “Magnetic Resistance Trainer”, as there are many look-alikes of this same model, and it is very lacking in it’s description, to say the least. Make no mistake, this model is a “Wind Resistance Trainer” only(I assume that’s what they’re calling “Kinetic”?). If u look at the pic it clearly shows a circular fan, opposite the weighted flywheel on the roller assembly, at the botttom of the unit.

I bought this for $80, and on the surface it seemed to be a tremendous value.
When I took it out of the box to set the trainer up, i immediately broke a piece of the butterfly “crank” that’s needed to firmly attach your bike to the trainer. It’s made of extremely brittle plastic, and the simple act of loosening it shattered one of the 4 clamps. The crank still holds in place, due to the other 3 clamps, but was not inspiring.
The second issue I experienced (once again, before even using the trainer) is that the shifter is not a quick “snap on” to the handlebars. The bracket the shifter is attached to does not separate, so to put this thing on your handlebars you’ll have to remove the braking assembly, your stock shifter, and (in my case) the handlebar grips. I ended up attaching it to one of my gear lines and it just kind of dangles off the fork.

I bought the trainer because the price; it is unbelievable $60.
The noise it create is notable but my bike seem to be more noise. I have a old road bike with 700c wheels (with slip tire surface), the sound is not mainly comes from the tire, but from the freewheel and chain. So be sure you have smooth rotating system in your bike,which can reduce the noise and, more importantly, the vibration create from your bike.
The trainer is quite sturdy and easy to lock your bike on. However, the assembly of the trainer is poor. After I ride it for 10 min, I heard scratch sound from the roller. That is because there is a hex loosen due to centrifuge force; I screwed it back and solve the problem. Moreover, I found out the the alignment of the trainer is not right, which makes my bike skewed. I padded it with some corrugated paper to solve it, that is about 1 cm.

Ordered this for my wife who wanted to ride her bike in the house since she ahs some foot problems and walking made it worse.
The trainer is very well made and assembly took a few minutes. the first issue I had was the Butterfly nut, which holds the clamp so it doesn’t back out when in use, was cracked. I called and left a message to the vender and after not hearing back from them I sent a email. After requesting some info I received the replacement part in the mail a few days later. Replaced the part and it is good as new.
My wife has ridden her bike on the trainer for 20 to 30 minutes a day 5 days a wek since we received it a few weeks ago. No issues with it whatsoever. Yes it makes noise, but so do all trainers.
At one time I owned a bike and ski shop and sold trainers and this one is as good as some that I sold for more than twice the price.

I had won a gift certificate from a contest and wanted t get fishing stuff with it and looked at pages and pages of kits until I got to this one. I purchased this one and it was a great price for the products I received and they all survived the winter and I’m still using them this season, they work well on both bass and pickerel and are durable.

I am enjoying this bike a great deal. It doesn’t take up too much room, although the “stow away” aspect of it was not as impressive as I was hoping–when you fold it up, you save maybe 1 foot of room. But that’s okay because it’s still a pretty skinny device. I keep it in the closet and roll it out every day–I wouldn’t say it’s light (it’s about 40 lbs) but it’s not hard to maneuver. Assembly was not that difficult. All in all, a great bike for getting some exercise while doing other things (I watch TV, read, or play a game on my Nintendo DS).

I bought this bike after reading all of the other reviews about it. I found all of the critiques to be accurate (it’s a little small for anyone over 5’10″ and the shipping is pricey). My biggest complaint about the bike, though, is the tension setting. Only a couple of reviewers made any mention of it. I’m a long-time cycle computer user. I recently bought this Cateye model to use on a new bicycle. My previous computer a Cateye Astrale with cadence that worked well for several years. My disappointment with this computer began on my first ride: I noticed that the refresh rate is quite slow, especially with the cadence function. Since my previous computer was very fast (though also inexpensive), this was a big disappointment. Secondly, while there is a dual-display on this model (speed display large, other functions small), not being able to toggle between speed and cadence as the main display has been a let-down, since I typically am more concerned with cadence than speed at any given time. They can, however, be displayed simultaneously, which is the mode I typically use with this computer. Lastly, and most importantly, the contacts between the computer head and the mounting bracket are not reliable. Several times per ride I notice that either my speed or cadence, or both are reading…

First to note that this is NOT a touch screen device. Rather, you press down on the bottom part of the computer, and that depresses a button on the back, which switches modes. So instead of putting the button on the face of the unit, they put it on the back. It works good though. It took me a while to install because the instructions say you need to have the magnets 3 millimeters from the sensors. That was hard to do on my bike. I had to switch the rubber mounts between the speed and the cadence sensors. But most people won’t have to do that. I bought this unit mainly for the candence benefit. I thought the cadence magnet that attaches to the crank might slip because it spins so much and so fast. But, it is very secure. The magnet is sticky on the back, and the fasteners hold it well.

A bike computer is much needed accessory for your bike. If nothing else, most people want to know how fast they are going and how far they went. Of course, this computer, like just about all of the ones on the market, will tell you that and more. It has two trip odometers as well as a non-trip odometer, elapsed time, time of day, average speed, maximum speed, speedometer, and cadence.

I bought this bike mainly because of its low price and small size. It does fit into a rather small space in my home office, and it’s quiet and smooth. It took me about an hour and a half to put it together (I’m a 61-year-old woman)- a little challenging, but not impossible. I had to buy a gel seat for it, since the seat is pretty uncomfortable without it. My biggest complaint is the configuration of the handlebars. I’m not racing anywhere, but the handlebars are way out in front like a racing cycle. This means I either have to stretch out for it (hard on the arms and shoulders), or sit up very straight with my hands holding onto the back of the seat. I never realized what an issue this would be when I saw the product description. If you can get a similar cycle with “normal” handlebars, you will be much happier.

Bought this item via Amazon over other retailers because of the free shipping (delivered very quickly by Fed-Ex). Took a while to put together, and the tension chord was a complete bitch, but I broke out my trusty wrench and got it in place. I don’t know why Marcy changed the model number on what was a great-selling and highly rated exercise bike on Amazon, and somehow managed to lose its 100+ mostly flattering reviews, but this looks and sounds exactly like the one I’ve been using 2-3 times per week for the last year-and-a-half. It works really well, and it is definitely worth the money. I’m in fairly decent shape and I use it at level 3 for 20-30 min. Level 8 would be really really hard for more than a few minutes. People who don’t find the tension difficult at level 8 either got a defective tensioner or had trouble installing it properly.
The calorie expenditure readout also seems pretty accurate. The flaw, but not a fatal one: the uncomfortable seat, which could not be easily replaced with another one. I tried using a sheepskin cover, but that created its own problems. You probably just have to get used to it as I’ve tried and mostly succeeded doing. (And the seat doesn’t seem to bother everyone.)…

This upright stationary bike is great. I was transitioning from an old “friction” based old fashioned bike and the resistance is so much smoother with the A10. There are enough programs / resistance levels to make training interesting and is a great alternative to the gym cycles.
The only minor negatives to the bike and is really specific to Amazon is that the recommended “Schwinn Pillow Top Cruiser Bicycle Seat” is not compatible with this bike as far as I can tell. I emailed Schwinn/Nautilus support and they confirmed this being the case and they have no alternative seats to recommend. I’m a novice cyclist and after 30 minutes on this bike, my crotch area gets pretty sore (more so than my outdoor bike). I was hoping the “Schwinn Pillow Top Cruiser Bicycle Seat” would fix this but can’t be used. The only other gripe is that the Fan is pretty pathetic and if you (or your 3 year old) accidentally leave the fan on, it will drain the “D” batteries in a few hours…

Great addition to my bike to help with the longer trips. Tie strings little to long, had to cut them shorter, other then that it fit great, stays in place, and is a great deal. Have used it on a ride that lasted more then 5 hrs on rough areas and was not hurting when it was over.

I purchased this seat for the spin bike at my gym. Perfect fit and comfort! Makes spin class much more emjoyable.

Pros:
-Comfortable: It softens the seat so you can ride longer.
-Inexpensive: A bargain, and a fraction of what you’d likely pay for a new seat.
-Great quality: It is sturdy and well-built from the fabric to the anti-sliding surface inside the sleeve.
Cons:
-Shifting: If your seat is slim like mine and you stand a lot while biking it may shift slightly to one side over the course of a long bike-ride. However, I can’t imagine a better seat cover so this won’t affect my rating of the product. I have met beginners who have tried this seat-cover and prefer not using it for balance reasons (possibly due to shifting). It’s just something to note with covers in general.
-Heavy: With great quality comes a certain weightiness compared to say a non-gel cushion. The gel is somewhat heavy in my opinion. It is worth it, don’t get me wrong… but I have a folding bike and I fold and carry my bike before and after each ride. I try to minimize weight…

I recently purchased the Sunny Health & Fitness Pro Indoor Cycling bike. I’ve used it a few times and I’m very happy that I went with this bike. I can’t talk about other comparably priced bikes on the market ($250-$500 range), but I don’t think you can go wrong with this particular bike if you’re not looking to spend over a $1000 on a decent spinning bike.
I’m not a hardcore spinner, but I’ve gone to enough classes at different gyms to know that this bike performs just as well as the $1000+ ones I’ve used at commercial gyms. It has the same feel as those bikes, and that’s something I wasn’t sure I’d get in a bike that cost far less.

I’ve been a spinning instructor for 10 years. I just had a baby and I’m taking some time away from the gym but want to stay fit. I bought 3 of these bikes; one for me and two for some of my clients to use in my home gym. I’m very impressed so far and so are my clients. This bike is just as sturdy as any spinning bikes that I’ve used in a gym. I would highly recommend it. The only draw back was that the seat was too tall for me even on the lowest setting. My husband drilled an extra hole in the post (yes, there is plenty of room) and the height is now fine. I would strongly recommend this bike to anyone. I would compare it to bikes that are in the $1000+ category. I’m very impressed! As far as assembly, it took about 20 minutes to assemble.

When I was thinking of buying a power tower I didn’t want to spend a lot of money but I did not want to buy a rickety tower or one that would be very bulky in the corner of my room. I err-ed to spend a little more than some of the other towers and am really happy that I did. Its a great tower, very sturdy, and doesn’t take over your room. Though Im not a huge person (165lb 5’9″) but there is no problem holding my weight or with tilting or excessive creaking.

For the price, I have to say this is the most economic power tower out there. I’m 5’9″ and 170lbs. Works fine for me. I have to step up to reach the pull up bars. I have a home gym in the garage but sometimes it’s just too cold or hot to work out in there. I’m currently on winter break and don’t have access to the university gym. My cardio workout is easy to get since I can go running at the local track, but strength is hard to do without the right tools.
This is definitely ‘the right tool’. I can target my arms, shoulders, back, legs, abdominals with a wide range of exercise variety so I’m never bored doing my strength toning. I purchased the IT 9900 Inversion table over 9 months ago and it has worked wonders on my back. Whenever I have some back pain and require a little stretching I hang inverted at about the 50 or 60 degree setting for about five minutes or so. I have tried the full inversion (90 degrees) but this position tends to place a lot of pressure on the instep of both feet and it becomes uncomfortable after a couple of minutes, so I don’t use this position as often. This product arrived with parts loose in the package; fortunately all the nuts and bolts were still in the sealed bag. However, one of the plastic bushings was broken so I had to use some super glue to piece it back together. It was relatively easy to put together and it took me just over an hour, counting drying time for the glue. I am happy with this product since it does what it is designed to do. The dimensions put together are 51″ length x 36 1/2″ wide (handle to handle) and the height will depend on your particular setting, but…

The plastic used to make this thing is cheap. One of the plastic pieces that you insert the handles in came broken out of the box. As I was trying to put one of the screws in, I realized that this plastic piece that goes inside the frame is not lined up correctly with the hole in the frame, and the same piece was broken. I looked in the box thinking that I might be able to just glue the thing together, but all I found was small smashed pieces of plastic.
I wounder that if this piece came broken out of the box then how would it hold the weight and movement as you use the machine. Simply I wouldn’t trust this machine to hold me upside down and snapping under my weight, even though I’m just 170lb.
Amazon is amazing, they’ve took it back at no cost to me, no questions asked.

I bought this for my husband and he loves it. He has intermittant problems with his back and uses it when they flare up. He almost immediately feels better. The only drawback that I saw with it, is that it takes quite a bit of space. Otherwise, it’s has a very solid construction. The time it took to put together was minimal. Enjoy!

I use this twice a day for 10-15 minutes and find it very relaxing. The thing I have noticed the most is that it really improves your flexibility. You feel the stretching mostly in your lower back. I would have given it a 5 star if it wasn’t slightly uncomfortable for your feet. I have noticed however the more I use it the more comfortable it is becoming.

For the money you just can’t beat this table. I looked at several others offered on Amazon and it seemed to me the price and other reviews for this model were strong so I ordered it; I’m really glad I did.
It arrived almost two weeks before promised, it was packed well and the box was easy to open. The assembly was simple with easy to follow excellent illustrations – (and believe me I’m not very handy) – and I found all of the parts to be sturdy and fit together seamlessly.
I had previously tried another model at the sporting goods store by I found the ankle attachment much less hard on me on this one. I really couldn’t be happier and if you compare it to other models the price and workmanship are flat out excellent.
The only thing I would recommend you do is get on Youtube and watch some video’s to get a sense of how to use it in advance; since it does not come with a video that will be a must. The instructions in the manual are well written…

The delivery people left this on my driveway with the box partially opened and didn’t ring the bell. I was tempted to remove a star for this but delivery problems could happen with anything. I thought for sure something would be missing but I am happy to say it was all there and in good condition!
I received the Welso inversion table this morning and put it together in less than 30 minutes. The instructions weren’t great but I managed. Make sure you have a socket wrench! The reviews on this table said assembly was easy and it was, the reason I bought this over the Marcy brand. The basic frame is already assembled, all you do is unfold it. That is a huge improvement over Marcy and some others with up to 40 parts to assemble. I also considered buying the teeter model for 3 times the price. I am glad I didn’t. Assembly of this unit was a bit of a challenge because I’m single. It would have been easier with two people. It took me almost an hour to put it together. I’ve been using this inversion table for eight months. It works smoothly, and durable quality is there. I highly recommend it.

I had wanted an inversion table but could never justify the price, until this table was offered by a local sporting goods store for under a hundred bucks. For the price of two or three chiropractic adjustments, I can now stretch out on my own at home. I start my day with five minutes and end my day with ten minutes of inversion therapy. I have never felt better. I am addicted to that amazing snap, crackle, pop as each vertebrae spaces out and the tension just melts away.
I assembled it myself but used a ratchet wrench instead of the wrenches supplied. I had it put together in about 35 minutes. I have been recommending this table to all my family and friends.

Inversion therapy really helps, that’s all there is to it. Start slow and work up to whatever is comfortable. This table was easy to assemble. It takes up much less space when folded than many others I looked at. It utilizes a three position “bar stop” to control the angle of inversion. With just three positions I was skeptical about the lack of adjustment, but after using it for a few weeks I don’t think it’s an issue. The positions seem to be just right. The bar stop is much more secure than the straps which seem to slip. I have read many reviews where people have had to replace straps with chain. I weigh in at 235 lbs and feel very secure using this table. I think a lumbar support would be a good addition. I thought it was a little odd that aside from assembly and adjustment instructions, there were no guidelines included for actual use ! I just reviewed some guidelines from the web.

Last week, I surfed the internet with one goal in mind: buy volleyball shoes. I hate to brag, but I’m an amazing volleyball player. I have to say, I’m the best. Of course, the best needs to have the best shoes.

I brought these shoes for my nephew for being an great kid and doing well in school. He loves them and I on the other hand loved the price.

I’m a big guy (6’3″ and 300 pounds) and wear a size 15 shoe. I’ve been playing basketball 2-3 times a week, indoors and outdoors with these shoes for the past 4 months and they have held up well. The fit is very good for me as long as I get them tied tight. My foot doesn’t move at all in the shoe which is great!!!

I put these sneakers on and within a day, I was already past the breakin period which was a releif because I did not have to deal with blisters.I feel more agile and lighter on my feet when shooting hoops with these.

One of the few non-custom Nikes you can buy in wide widths, I wasn’t sure what to expect from this shoe. I was looking for a stiff-soled shoe (because I suffer from turf toe) into which I could put a stiff orthotic insole. Since I also bought a half-size up, fitting the insole was not a problem. There is plenty of room in the toe box and the sole is already relatively stiff compared to other BB shoes.
One issue I have with the shoe is the heels. They have radiused corners, not a problem in itself, but the outsole is soft blown rubber which makes the foot susceptible to rolling. I solved this issue by wearing ankle support, but would not feel comfortable without this extra support.
The shoe could use more ventilation, there are some tiny holes to allow the artificial leather to breathe, but not nearly enough. But for a half to a third the price of top of the line Nikes, I give these shoes a 4 for overall value.

Good, solid feel. A little longer than my ping i15′s but no more forgiving. Gets the ball up higher which is a problem on some punch shots.

I always thought when people said new clubs made a good difference in their game, that it was really just something that gave them more confidence and that was what made the difference. I was wrong. I played with a rental set and after 25 years my swing does not change. These clubs actually straightened out my shots and for the first time, I was able to hit a long iron consistently long.

the taylormade burner 2.0 irons were set to me fast and in great condition. the ball goes a good 7 yards farther than with my old irons witch are cleveland ta5 stiff shafts. burner 2.0 stiff shafts do feel alittle stiffer but they go straighter.

If you are just looking for a cover to protect your club then these are fine. The photograph isn’t misleading, but it’s just a cheap synthetic rubber cover. The snap on plastic actually holds to the club fine and I’ve never had one slip off. It serves a purpose, but you won’t be blown away with this purchase.

These work well on my Taylor Made SuperLaunch oversized irons. Easy on and off…and provide great protection. Recommend them for any mid- to oversize iron.

I learned after purchasing these for my dad that the 2009 Burners were better received, however, these clubs are great for your average (or even below average like me!) golfer. The weighting of the club face is spread evenly around the face for a forgiving contact with the ball, meaning you don’t have to hit the ball exactly on the sweet spot. My dad was delighted to get these for Christmas and has already enjoyed using them on the course.
For the price, this set of clubs is an excellent deal, a quality set made by a great company.

Having struggled with blades for over thirty years, I was encouraged by a low-handicapped partner to give these Burners a try. They’re affordable and, if I may add, sharp-looking. I took them right to the course and found them consistently hitting to full length and straight, so much so that I had to be much more careful in target selection. That is, with my blades, I was shooting at a target the size of a green, perhaps offset left or right to avoid hazards. With my Burners, my target size is a quarter of a green, and I pick my line based on where I want to leave my ball. My biggest challenge now is shaping shots. I was in trouble so much with my blades that I learned to bend around obstacles like trees. The Burners are much harder to shape. But, then, is that such a terrible problem when the ball flies so true most of the time?

I’m a fairly mediocre golfer so I always thought that clubs don’t make too much of a difference. I had a starter set of Wilson clubs for years, but after trying my buddy’s set of Taylor Made irons I decided to purchase these. The main two way that they improved my game are:
1) Longer distance on a consistent basis
2) Better play out of the rough, the club head is much heavier so it plows right through the thick stuff
I highly recommend these clubs, the only thing I’d recommend is to change the stock grips. I like the wrap around grips best.

Fits snug and material appears to be durable. I used them for my new x-20s. I like to plastic clear face at the top of the covers where you can identify the club you want to pull out the bag. My friend used a set if iron covers so I decided to give it a try.
These covers were so much better than any others I’ve seen and I’ve played with many other golfers. Most other covers are bulky and fall off the clubs but these fit snug and take up hardly any room.
If you’re looking for a set of iron covers to save your favorite Callaway clubs I’d say get a set of these… I bought two sets just in case I loose one I’ll have spares.

The instructions for assembly were very easy to follow. Product is easy to use. The only thing I would suggest improvement on is the lap belt is only made to secure with velcro and does not hold well.

The product has worked out great. My wife loves it. It was a little diffcult to put together, but given enough time it did come together.

I must admit that I was influenced by the 3-star review on the Stamina Inversion Pro, but I am NOW glad that it did not stop me from buying this product.
The instructions WERE CLEAR AND PRECISE, except for the use of washers – - each bolt uses two (2)washers: one next to the head and the other next to the nut. I did NOT have any trouble assembling the unit (but I build model airplanes, so I am used to studying diagrams), and Stamina provides two neat little wrenches to tighten the nuts and bolts, so you DON’T have to use your own socket wrenches (which probably don’t fit). The large handrails are secured with 2-locking knobs, so they can be easily removed for storing the inversion table in a closet or under a bed. (The 3-star reviewer seemed to think that was TOO MUCH trouble) But WHY would you put it in storage if you use it, as per the manual – - twice a day?

Received the unit with only one small plastic part broken (insert for foot extension bar). Otherwise, quality was very good for the price.
Word to the wise if you are planning to go fully inverted on a regular basis…consider the boots instead of the normal ankle clamps.

I ordered the inversion table and it arrived within a week, so I certainly can’t complain about that. However it took both myself and my visiting son to put the thing together. The directions were simply awful. I have a good mind for 3 dimensional directions, and am very good about counting out parts first, making sure that all of them are there prior to beginning. The directions weren’t clear on which of the bolts were to go in which area, so basically we had to do it by trial and error, to make sure we didn’t have a really long bolt where it would cause problems. Then finding the parts to hook together was a problem. We’d match the picture, turn it, read the directions 3-4 times, decide they were talking about another part. Some were supposed to be labeled, but they weren’t. It took close to 2 hours to get the thing together, and that did not include tightening all the bolts, which I finally did this weekend. The chair is very comfortable and easy to recline in. Did take the two of us over 2 hours to assemble. I use it almost every morning and it helps relieve the back pain. It would have been helpful if it came with a manual suggesting how long you should invert.

I helped my parents(who are in their 70s) purchase this equipment. My parents complained of lower back pain and were starting to slump more. They are very active for their age. So I talked them into trying this equipment — knowing I would get real feedback on if it works or not . This was more of an experiment. After severe back pain almost incapacitated me and I had constant numbness and twitching in my leg muscles, my chiropractor had me get an MRI, which showed degenerative disc disease – 2 torn, bulging discs (mild stenosis of spinal cord and other minor issues). I went to Play It Again Sports looking to buy a Teeter. I just figured I would need to decide between the 550 or the 950 model. When I went in the store the rep said I picked a good time to get a table as they had 6 different models available. He told me to try them all. The Stamina was the most comfortable and it was easy to get on with the long handles going all of the way down. Even better is the easy ankle release system. Even though the Teeter 550 was $20 less I bought the Stamina because it had more features and was more comfortable to use. Very happy with my back pain relief since purchased. I have combined the use of the Stamina with daily stretching and seeing my chiropractor. I feel better than I have in years.
NOTE: I bought it assembled so I have no idea if it is hard to assemble.

This thing is wonderful from the moment you mount it and ease back to level and then to a slight downward incline. It balances your weight so you feel a sense of weightlessness. I felt the pressure on my groin ease up as I tilted back a little. I heard my back gently snap once. Something eased back into place or had some pressure relieved from it. It’s very relaxing and soothing to just gently rock back and forth a little bit without even trying to go for full inversion. All the people on Amazon who said they wish they had gotten one of these years ago instead of making so many trips to the chiropractor were speaking utter truth!
